Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received them in, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase i.e.: Your order number which starts #WOO.

To start the returns process, please contact us at hello@worldofoosh.com. Stating your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email advising you on how to return the items. Any items received without a request will not be processed. You will be responsible for paying any postage for the items that are being returned and any refunds will not be processed until the items have been received and inspected.

Please note returns will need to be sent to the following address, and clearly marked returns, along with your order number.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and rectify the issue.

The quickest and easiest way for your order to email us at hello@worldofoosh.com and someone from our team will be happy to assist you.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know the outcome of your refund. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
